At the start of the day we walked down to the memorial pools to start our swimming sports. We left school at 8:45. Room 41 went first then followed by room 42, then the year sevens followed on. After a fun walk down to the pools we had arrived and straight to the changing rooms. Once everyone had got changed and had seated down on the stands. Then the teachers called out the race that was next. I competed in all but the underwater swim. Funny enough my top placing was a first in the doggie paddle but also placed in others. The highlight of my day was competing in the class relay. Which room 42 won, also I had fun swimming against and with my class. I competed in the doggie paddle, 25 metre freestyle, 50 metre freestyle, 25 metre backstroke, 25 metre breaststroke, dolphin dive.
