"We need to keep going Felila!" Yelled her trainer.
"Why do we need to keep going?" Said Felila trying to catch her breath.
"Because we need you fit for the race!"
Felila's face was red, her legs were almost dragging on the ground. Her trainer telling her to just do one more lap.
"Just do one more then we can go home" said the coach.
"Fine, if this is the last one I'll do it, but not 2 more or 3 more or 4 more, like you have said every other time..."

"Mum I need something to eat!" Yelled Russel down the hall.
"No not yet were going out for lunch" called mum
"But I want something to eat now!"
