Homework G2 Giving : Prepare 3 three course meals.
Over the holidays I did 3 three course meal dinner and here is how they turned out.

Menu
Entree : Prawn Cocktail
Main : Mince Pasta Bake
Desert : Apple crumble
Cooking method: Entree
1) Thaw out prawns and mince in the morning so they are ready for use at night.
- Make sure you have all the ingredients you need for cooking this meal on a table.
- Get 3 bowls and place them away so they are not in the way.
- Get 1 bowl and enough lettuce to act as a another bowl inside.
- Once done that you place some prawns in the bowl and put sauce on top.
- Serve when ready.
Cooking method: Main
- Make sure you have all the ingredients needed.
- Turn oven on to bake and 180 degree’s.
- Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in pan, brown mince, add combined tomato paste, MAGGI recipe base and 3 1/2 cups (875ml) water. Bring to boil.
- Place uncooked pasta and Bolognese mixture in ovenproof dish (2.5L capacity), stir to combine.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes, stir.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top, bake uncovered for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with a garden salad.
Cooking method: Desert
- Get 2 tins of sliced apple and place into little dish.
- Rub 60g of butter 1/2 cup of sugar and 3/4 cup of flour. Sprinkle on top of apple and bake.
- Mix 90g of butter (melted) with 3/4 cup of flour, 3/4 cup of rolled oat, 1/2 cup of coconut and 3/4 cup of sugar. Mix well and spread on on top of cooked apple. Bake for about 45 minutes.

Oh my goodness, you are an amazing chef. Where do you get your ideas for your menus? Remember to get feedback from your diners. Maybe you could give them a little evaluation sheet to fill out thinking about what criteria you could judge the meal on. Perhaps the same criteria we used for camp meals.
