On Sunday night I did my last dinner. It turned out great and I really loved it. This is my step by step guide and pictures of how I did it and how it turned out.

Tomato soup with croutons
- Cut crust’s off bread and cut middle into cubes.
- Put in small dish Spray oil on top.
- Grill in oven
- Heat soup in pot until boiling and simmer for five minutes
- Check croutons, take out once browned.
- Add croutons to soup and parsley.
Ingredient’s list:
- Bread
- Oil
- Soup
- Parsley to garnish
Main:
Beef stock casserole
- Trim all fat off meat and cut into cubes. Place in bowl, sprinkle flour over meat, ensuring meat is completely coated in flour.
- Get large non stick frying pan and put on to medium to high heat to brown the meat.
- Get mushroom’s, carrot and onions and dice into halves.
- Once meat is browned transfer to a slow cooker
- Peel garlic.
- In a pan add onion and garlic cook until onion is browned
- Once onions have cooked add mushroom’s cook until mushrooms have softened.
- Add Beef stock and tomato paste and stir to combine. bring to boil.
- Transfer food from pan to slow cooker.
- Add carrot’s and diced tinned tomato’s, add salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Cover and place on a low heat for 6-7 hours.
- Once finished clean up kitchen.
- After 5 1/2 hours get potatoes and peel.
- Cut potatoes into cubes and place in pot.
- Cook for 30 minutes
- Once cooked mash with milk and garlic butter.
Ingredient’s list:
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- Onion’s
- 250g button mushroom’s
- 500 ML Campbell’s Real Stock - Beef
- Diced tinned tomato’s
- Garlic
- 1.5 KG gravy beef
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 plain flour
- 2 carrot’s
- 1 large brown onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Potatoes
Desert:
Pancakes
- Shake contents of bowl to loosen inside.
- Fill to the marked line with water.
- Shake bottle
- Get small bowl and pour into it, beat with an egg beater to get a smooth consistency to ensure no lumps are in it.
- Get a small non stick frying pan
- Turn on gas to a low to medium heat.
- Get a kitchen ladle to spoon in mixture. spread around
- Wait till the pancake is bubbling, Flip pancake over with spatula.
- Make sure both sides of pancake are brown
- Put on plate.
- Use up all pancake mixture
- Serve with maple / golden syrup and with ice cream
