P1: Improve your fitness: Over a 12 week period, run or walk at least 60km or cycle 120km. In progress
Over a 12 week period I ran/walk 65 Km's. It was different and helpful for me in different ways e.g one of them being it will keep up my fitness for my football season.

I love your calendar idea - great way of recording your exercise. Your dog must be loving all the walks. 60 kms is really a long way isn't it. You are just over half way there. Keep up the good work. Yes, I think you should list more of the benefits for you. Also proof read please - I noticed a couple of errors.
